Your Viewing Session

A Different Way to Experience Your Portraits

Several weeks after your portrait session, we'll meet for your artwork viewing session. This dedicated time allows you to see your portraits for the first time, select your favorites, and explore artwork options designed specifically for your home.

Many clients have never attended a viewing appointment before, and that's completely okay. I'll be there to answer questions, explain the available artwork and pricing options, and guide you through the selection process. There is never any pressure to purchase beyond what feels right for you. My goal is simply to help you choose the pieces you'll enjoy most for years to come.

  • Images are presented on a large screen and in print.

  • You'll view a curated selection of your portraits.

  • We'll discuss artwork and display options.

  • I'll guide you through the selection process.

What Happens During the Appointment?

How Long Does It Last?

  • Most viewing appointments last approximately one hour.

Who Should Attend?

Because artwork selections and purchasing decisions are finalized during the appointment, I kindly ask that all decision-makers be present.

Do I Need To Prepare Anything?

If you're considering wall art, it can be helpful to think about where you may wish to display your portraits. Measurements and photographs of your space can also be useful, though they are not required.

Prior to your session, you'll receive a Product Guide outlining the artwork collections, framing options, keepsakes, and pricing available through the studio. I encourage you to spend some time exploring the guide and thinking about the pieces that resonate most with you before your viewing appointment.

Because our appointment is focused on selecting your favorite images and finalizing your artwork, arriving with a general sense of what you're interested in allows us to make the most of our time together. Bringing your Product Guide with you can also be helpful as we discuss the options available and determine what best fits your home and vision.

Is There Any Obligation To Purchase?

There is never any pressure to purchase beyond what feels right for you. My role is to guide you through the available artwork options, answer any questions you may have, and help you select pieces that best suit your home and vision.

Prior to your session, you'll receive a Product Guide outlining the artwork and pricing available through the studio, giving you plenty of time to explore the options before your viewing appointment.

While every client purchases differently, most clients invest between $500 and $3,000 in their finished artwork and keepsakes. Whether you're looking for a single piece to enjoy every day or a larger collection of artwork, I'll help you find the option that feels right for you.

When Will My Artwork Arrive?

Once your selections are finalized, your order is carefully prepared and sent to my trusted fine art print lab in Europe. Every piece is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans who build, print, frame, and finish each product in-house using premium materials chosen for their beauty, durability, and archival quality.

This partnership allows me to provide artwork that reflects the same level of care and craftsmanship that goes into creating your portraits. Because each piece is custom-made, artwork is typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending on the products selected.
